Placing orders

Orders can be placed by phone, email or online. As soon as the order has been processed, we will email a confirmation. Once payment has been received (or for business account clients, if the account is in terms), we will pick and dispatch the order. When the order has been dispatched, we will send an additional email with tracking information.

Please note:
The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations. For specific transit time information from one ZIP/Postal code to another, please go to Get Rates & Transit Times under the Ship tab on

FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

FedEx Home Delivery
business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of two business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.

Orders exceeding 25 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier (LTL).


Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order purchase date. Please note that only unopened, full case quantities may be returned. All eligible product returns must be returned complete in their original case packaging and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns of pack, sleeve or sample kit quantities.

All customers are responsible for product returns and shipping fees to the original ship-from warehouse. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Any associated shipping or processing fees from your original order will not be refunded. All returned orders must include an RMA number. Please contact customer service to discuss the reason for your return and to obtain your RMA number. Orders returned without an RMA number will not be refunded

Refunds are processed once returned products are received and confirmed at our warehouse. Refunds are bank dependent and can take 3-5 business days.

Benefits of using a distributor

We work with a network of distributors, throughout the US and worldwide, who are happy to help you select and order our range of plant-based catering disposables. 

Ordering through a Vegware distributor partner provides many environmental and economic benefits:

Efficient deliveries from Vegware to distributors: Rather than delivering a few cases, or a pallet, directly to sites, Vegware can send full 26-pallet truck loads into distribution hubs, maximising efficiency by reducing carbon and overheads.

Efficient deliveries from the distributor to you: Distributors have carefully planned fuel-efficient delivery routes, so adding in some cases of Vegware results in very little added cost, while being more carbon-efficient. It also allows you to consolidate your deliveries from the same distributor, so you can receive your Vegware along with other goods you’ve ordered from them, such as food or cleaning supplies

Local support: Distributors have a local presence which should mean exemplary service and an account manager on hand to help.

We are able to offer credit accounts to our business customers, subject to approval and agreed limits.

We will require information on your business, including registration details, billing, delivery, and statement addresses, and the name, email and phone number for our contact in accounts payable. Your application for a credit account will be subject to a credit check and all relevant details being received, and acceptance of our terms of trading.

Credit account customers will be provided with a unique account identifier with which they can log in and make purchases online. Alternatively, purchase orders can be made by phoning, emailing or faxing us directly. For every order we will continue to provide an email confirmation and dispatch note as per usual.
